Do I need a card for the free trial?
Yes. You add a card when you start, but you aren't charged for 14 days. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
What counts as an active client on a Partner plan?
Any client event you're managing that hasn't been closed out. When an event is over, close it out and the slot opens up right away for a new client.
What happens to a client's files after I close them out?
The workspace becomes read-only and you and your client have 14 days to download everything — guest list, vendors, budget, tasks, timeline and photos — in one click. After 14 days it is permanently deleted.
Can I switch between 5 and 10 clients?
Yes. Use Manage billing in your partner dashboard to switch plans, update your card or cancel.
