Information Zee collects

Zee collects the information you provide when you use the site, create an account, or plan an event. That can include your name, email address, password, role selection, event details, guest and vendor information, notes, budgets, timelines, and other planning content you enter.

If you connect Google, Zee also collects the Google OAuth data needed to keep that connection working, including access tokens, refresh tokens if Google provides them, granted scopes, token expiry times, and short-lived OAuth state values used to complete the sign-in flow.

How Zee uses information

Zee uses this information to provide event planning, account management, Google sign-in, Gmail sending, calendar management, and related support features.

Gmail access is used to send email on your behalf when you choose a feature that sends mail from your connected Google account. Calendar access is used to create, update, list, and delete event-related calendar entries.

How Zee stores information

Most account and event data is stored in Supabase. Google OAuth tokens are stored per user in Supabase so Zee can keep your connection active and refresh access when needed.

Zee may also store Google Calendar event IDs and links for consultation or event records, and it may store imported lead records when you use Gmail import features. Temporary OAuth state is stored only long enough to finish the Google connection.

Google user data

Zee does not sell Google user data. Zee uses Google data only to provide the features you choose, such as sending email or managing calendar entries.

How to revoke access

You can disconnect Google inside Zee at any time. When you do, Zee deletes the stored Google tokens for your account. You can also revoke Zee's access from your Google Account permissions.
